Hi all. As a newbie I'm wondering if anyone can help. My boiler is 5yrs old, I have a Hive system which is only 2 half yrs old (moved to house 2022)I had the hive put in. The boiler is on and off all day even though the hive set up is on at 7.30am off 10.30am, 10.30 water on for half hr, then on at 5pm off 10.30pm. Water on at 10.30 for 15mins. Boiler is in the garage but surprisingly doesn't come on overnight when I thought the drop in temperature would cause the frost stat to activate. I have an insurance on my boiler, pipes etc, I had a new diverter valve fitted last week and my yearly service yesterday but it's still coming on and off constantly. My energy usage has risen considerably due to this problem and it's been happening for a while now. At a loss as to what I do next. Any advice would be appreciated. Only a retired couple living here.
