VOY are very dodgy and the service is terrible. My first and only package arrived on a day that that I specifically said there would be no one home. Royal Mail took it away and re delivered it again when no one was home and by then it was unusable. VOY take your money before the delivery date can be arranged and before the prescription has been authorised. VOY have refused me a rebate.
