Anxiety question?

This is a very odd question but I'm going to ask it anyway!

Does anyone else feel as though their anxiety comes on when they are either tired and about to yawn or have a lot of gas?

I have noticed it more and more lately, I'm about 80% recovered from my anxiety but I have noticed it comes on or I have intrusive thoughts when I am tired, wanting to yawn or burp? I can only attribute this to the sensation of something rising in the body, a bit like when you have a wave of anxiety? Maybe it's not connected but I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed/ wondered this?

Not personally, no, but I’m having somatic therapy at the moment, and it’s made me very aware of how valuable it is to notice exactly where in the body I’m feeling an emotion — might it be that you feel your anxiety in your throat (I do)so that any biological processes there remind you of it?

My anxiety is my breathing and chest / collarbone area. I feel like it's when any bodily function rises in me
