Does anyone have a trick to getting the plugs out the bottom to drain the water away. I cannot manage to pull them out and so far have had to resort to tipping the water out but as the table is inside our flat this is not ideal. And to think I was worried my son may pull them out - hah!

Are you only selling in bundles or would you sell the green next set 12-18 seperately??? DGD had FAR too much stuff but that set is too cute!!!
Thanks

I was going to say,.....i know its obvious and i am sure you have BUT have you unscrewed the bottom of the plug??? Other than that I just wiggle and push it up from the bottom (thats wiggle the plug not me wiggleing iykwim!)

Err, how do you unscrew the bottom of the plug. I thought you pulled out the plug from the top.

Oh bloody hell, its a nightmare, especially when the sand gets in the plug. I also have to 'tip and run', so to prevent a soaking....

.....on ours the plug has a big plastic nut thing which is done up underneath the plastic tray - am i making any sense at all??? sorry!

squeaver · 07/05/2008 14:51

get a hammer and bang it up from the bottom.

valoc · 07/05/2008 18:05

I had a look this afternoon and yes there is a big plastic nut underneath . Thinking about it I did wonder what the nut was for when I set it up as I just had to push the plugs in rather than screw them in. My next mission will be to get under the table with a bucket and actually empty the thing - I am 7 months pregnant so this sounds easier than it is more likely to be.
Thanks for your replies

Thanks for all your help. Having removed the screw thing I was then able to push up the plug from the bottom. Still a PITA but easier than trying to tip intp a washing up bowl.
