How do you make changes to Australian visa

Surprised to be granted australian visitor visa within minutes but noticed my middle name was missing. Impossible to contact australian immigration- no email address. Need to get name added to visa for fear of being refused entry. Desperate to see my son in Sydney!! Anyone been in a similar situation? Advice greatly received.

I think there might be an online form you can use, but I did think there was an email address somewhere.

Just had a look and you can upload form 1023 to make corrections.

Thanks. I have located the form but don't know where to send it to. Will probably have to ring australia home affairs.
