First of all, these are on 3 for 2 in Boots if anyone needs them.

I have just given my children their first one and then panicked when I realised they were from age 3 and my 2 years and 10 month old son had one. I am thinking it will be okay? Do I wait until he is 3 for any more or can I carry on?

What sort of thing will my children benefit from having them, is it behaviour or is it concentration or is it general health?

Of course it will be fine
Improvements really depend on the child.
With DS1 it helps his concentration and organisation.
With DS2 who has ASD it helps his speech and vocabulary enormously and helps keep him calm yet interested IYSWIM.
With DD it mostly helps her skin ( a nice extra benefit as she has excema).

Thank you.

Should I let the youngest carry on with them, or wait until he is 3?
