Has anyone got any tips to prevent hangovers? (apart from not drinking!)
I'm dreading the tiredness over the festivities, even when I don't drink much and go to bed early I'm really tired the next day from the alcohol and I'm not sure how I'll cope with the family get togethers back to back 🤦🏻♀️
Does anyone have any tips? I drink a lot of water too which I know helps.
