Sorry me again!
I bought a bundle of 3 jumpers on Vinted all listed as “very good” condition. One was fine, one had some stains and the other was disgustingly stained and dirty.
I’ve raised an issue and the buyer requested I send it back. I’m a 24 mile round trip from the nearest locker so I’ve explained and asked if she would do a partial refund instead. She’s now starting to get a bit funny as I’d bought the jumpers with a bit of a discount in the first place.
If I return it’s costing me fuel and also I’m out of pocket to pay for postage? It just makes no sense to me haha!
She’s blatantly lied in her listings, there’s absolutely no way I’d send anyone anything in that state 🤢
She’s now offered me a £1 discount towards postage - how would I even get that if I agreed? Do I have to trust she sends it somehow?
It’s not a huge amount of money it’s more the principal!
