GIFT FOR EXPECTING COUPLE AT CHRISTMAS

I am looking for a thoughtful but small gift for a couple who are expecting a baby at Christmas after a really difficult time.

I want something special to mark the moment but I'm drawing a blank as to what

Obviously the baby isn't here yet so a bauble etc with babies name etc tricky

Any ideas?

I think I would wait till after the birth before giving anything as a Christmas present. Absolutely not a bauble with baby's name. Even wine or a bottle of spirits isn't any good when your friend is pregnant. Maybe something hand knitted. But it's a bit late now. Personally I would wait.

Thank you @Viviennemary we will be giving them something special once baby is born but just wanted to mark this first Christmas being pregnant etc as I think it's been long awaited but I don't really know what type of token gift would work?
