House not showing on rightmove yet

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for your house to show up on rightmove?
The agency we are selling our house with said they set it as live on the website, they told us as soon as rightmove updates it will show.
This was now over a week ago and it's still not on there.
Is that normal?

No. Should update within 24 hours

Rightmove is expensive, maybe they are trying to get away without listing if there? I think you need to insist it’s listed by the end of tomorrow or you’ll go with another agent.
