is there an alternative to wellies??

ds will not keep wellies on - even the ones with the elastic pull thing to tighten them!! he shakes his leg and off they come. is there some sort of waterproof shoe instead or boots with some sort of fastening/tie on device?

What about furry snowboot type things?

What about crocs? They do a shoe with no holes. I've found crocs to be fantastic for water and sand play. Brilliant shoes for kids.

fimbo - we've got some of those to keep his feet warm in winter but they aren't any good for splashing in puddles really.

naboo - do they do a full shoe rather than a slingback one?
