This is SO embarrassing but desperately seeking some advice.
So I think I have one pile on my bum hole (nice)... Not painful or itchy but I saw it when I was doing some investigating with a mirror today. Anyway, I did a poo this morning and as I wiped my front first there was so much poo on my vagina.... I had to wipe about 5 times to get this clean before moving to my bum!
Did my poo just come out at a funny angle because of the piles?
Did the poo actually come out my vagina? I am really really hoping it is just the pile that has caused this messy situation. TMI I know.... I'm sorry!
