Alton Towers Error

So for our wee man's Xmas, we decided to book CBeebiesland Hotel and park tickets and with our Blue Lights discount, it worked out cheaper to book the hotel and tickets separately. Somehow I've managed to book the hotel fine but I've booked Alton Towers tickets, not CBeebiesland.

I think when the page refreshed when I was about to book it went back to the main page and I booked the wrong thing^.

Do we think there's any chance of the money back or switching the booking? I'm totally devastated because I'd budgeted it the way it is and can't really afford the almost £100 loss! Can't call until Monday anyway but it's going to hang over me all weekend 😭^

CBeebies land is just part of Alton Towers isn't it. It was when I went about 8 years ago.

CBeebies land is just an area inside Alton Towers, not seperate admission.

It's the same thing, if you've got entrance tickets for alton towers then you just walk into cebeebies land...
