Pleated skirts

Hi all, I have purchased a few pleated skits as most shops only have the pleated style.
I am now wondering how on earth do I iron them without ironing out the pleats. The pleats are very tight and almost impossible to iron. Is there a hack someone can share please.

Back in the day when i wore them a lot for work to wash them I put them in a stocking or one leg of a pair of tights knotted at the top. All folded up, so fold in half then half again and so on til the skit fits into tights/stocking then wash in machine.

You don't iron. Just let them hang dry and they should be fine. I have a few and none need ironing.
