I’m wondering if any knowledgable people could help me clarify something please?
I placed a bid on a property on Durham Key Options and a couple of days later it was removed and stated property no longer empty. Anyway, I thought, that’s that, fair enough.
When I have gone in to look at previous bids, our bidding status is pending, which I have never seen before.
I’ve seen skipped, unsuccessful etc… but never pending.
FYI we’re still able to bid on other properties at present.
Does pending mean we may be considered for said property?
Has anyone else ever had a pending status before and if so, what was your outcome?
