Does this look like my LOS right tooth is on its way? He has been teething for what seems like forever, swollen gums , chewing on everything etc. today I’ve noticed this spot on his gum is it a sign the tooth is going to cut through soon? He had an awful night last night so I’m thinking that might explain it.
