I'm new here, I had an engineer here the other day to install my internet he was here over 3 hours as came across a few problems, anyway we spoke about different things like you do and then out of no where he told me to add his number to my phone and to call if I have any issues as he lives nearby. I did here a mumble of "yeah just give me a call and you can come to mine and chill" lol.
Thing is there's about 10 years age gap (I'm guessing), I've never had any form of relationship in over 6/7 years due to chronic illnesses. I remember a lot of years back when internet came out there was a lot of sleeping around with the WiFi fitters that I heard about & I'm wondering if this is still the case?? Will I text or just leave it, as I ain't nobodies 1 night stand I'm not interested in that at all. Basically are there any rumours of this being a common thing where engineers do this, he wasn't flirty or cringy but I have high walls and don't want to start something that ends up to be nothing.

If he wasn't flirty then I imagine he's just being nice and would actually come and fix your WiFi if you have a issue, not to sleep with you. Think you've got the wrong end of the stick.

I wouldn't start anything.

He's prob being nice.

Just like he is at all other houses he goes to. Where he probably gets the same reception.

He did mention going to his to chill tho? Also to keep his number and to call him was mentioned about 5x or more
