Hosting in home (inc 10 children under 7) Ideas to entertain kids

Hosting a friends, partners and their kids gathering at my home, it will be a cold winter day so the garden isn’t an option. Can I have some ideas as to how we entertain the children? Most don’t know each other!
2 babies, rest are aged 4-7.

also how do I make it easier for myself, my husband is away so I’m hosting alone with a 5YO hanging from my ankles. Any tips? Order pizza and just be done with it?!

When I was a child, quite some time ago, the kids were put in a room with a TV and a video. We’d watch and play, be called out to eat and then sent back to finish the film.

Not sure if that would work with kids today.

Take them for a run about in the woods if you can, back home for a video and hot chocolate.
Can you pop the babies in a play pen together with some toys (if they don’t fall asleep)
