Advice for first time mum.

Hi, any ideas for pregnant lady who has to manage with no bath . She has a shower but obviously not so relaxing. Also hygiene/ care for after the birth ? Thanks .

I'm not clear what you mean? I had one bath in pregnancy (because I was in early labour). I don't find baths relaxing so I would relax in other ways. Post birth, you shower as normal, I don't see why this would be less hygiene/care?

I don't see what the problem is? Plenty of people don't have a bath, just a shower?

It's often recommended after a gynae procedure not to bath and to shower instead as it's more hygienic and less of an infection risk. So it isn't less hygienic.
