Expensive Co-Op

Just ordered from the Co-Op had to get some bits for the week. So expensive, won't use them again. Some prices are a joke online!

Try whoosh it's Tesco delivery within 20 mins!

We have a co op 3 minutes walk away. Very useful for a bottle of milk, or if weve forgotten something. Not for a proper shop.

Except when they have their pizza deal... 2 pizzas and a tub of Ben and Jerry's for a fiver.

Co op pay more to their suppliers than the likes of Tesco, Sainsbury etc who walk all over them.

I don’t find them expensive at all and on just eat and Uber eats they often have promotions like 50% off etc you are paying for convenience at the end of the day it’s like Tesco express being more expensive than the main Tesco.

If you're ordering through deliveroo, it is expensive as they charge a premium for it.

As a PP said the co-op treat their suppliers better and try to stock a good range of local products rather than the same in every store. We only have a small one so I use it for things I can't get elsewhere. I like the quality too.

You still pay more than you would if you went to the store

CoOp isn't budget store, and have never pretended to be. You're paying for convinience and ethics, both of which have their own value.
