Ds had a fishy smelling dirty nappy 2 days ago, then went on to have a normal smelling one. Today he’s had another fishy dirty nappy (he is formula fed on cow&gate) he doesn’t seem unwell and seems happy in himself. Should I be doing anything about this? There’s also usually only a dirty nappy every second day
