Why isn’t my universal credit statement showing? It said I can see my statement on the 21st but it’s not showing is this because it’s the weekend or something else?

You need to ask in your journal really, it could be for a range of reasons but they are the only ones who can tell you. It's not because it's a weekend though.

I have but because it’s the weekend nobody’s replied. Will call them first thing on Monday. I have nothing in my to do list. It’s worrying when your a single mum with rent to pay😢

Is it your first month claiming?

Well no, I’ve been claiming for a while but recently I’ve moved house so I’ve had to change it on there. Since I’ve changed it, I can’t see any of my older statements and it’s almost like it is new. I have no idea🥺

Surely if they wasn’t going to pay me they’d have told me previously? I only spoke to them on the 18th and they said everything had been verified

No statement means no payment so you need to ring them first thing on monday but you know that anyway. It may well be showing by monday.

When did the assessment period end?

It sometimes takes a little longer for Universal Credit statements to show, especially if the date falls on a weekend. Keep checking—most people see theirs appear later that day. slope game

It’s been a year so hopefully they have seen it now 😂
