Hello

Just that I suppose, I'm looking for good ear plugs for sleep as my down stairs neighbours talk loudly all hours and seem to bangs cabinets/ doors shut for a good while.

Was woken up 3.30am the other night with the talking the type of talking that I might be able to actually listen in on if they were speaking English.

I can't talk to them it's too awkward around here.

They private rent, we own ( regret ever having bought this place but 1st time buyers and cant afford to move anytime soon).

I don't feel like I can talk to them, the lady didn't seem to fully understand me when I was trying to give her directions on where her washing line is in the shared drying green ( they had used mine) . They also seem to just be talking at a decent, not quiet, level so I don't feel right saying... can you stop talking so late. It's just a crap made building.

It's a bunch of young people. Around 4 of them in a 2 bedroom flat. No decent soundproofing doesn't help , I know , so I don't want to start anything with them, but... earplugs needed.

I use the 3M 1100 ones for camping or when sleeping with the windows open, they’re disposable but soooo good!

Second Quies but I like the foam ones (multi colour pack)
