Has anyone ever experienced any stigma/judgement from close relatives and friends about breastfeeding ? Ever since I’ve started I feel I’ve had a lot of judgement about it and people pushing me to start introducing formula to ‘give me a break’ - I know the kind thought is there but it’s really starting to get to me and making me question if I’m doing the right thing. Can anyone relate ?

No, the only judgement I've ever seen is on Mumsnet and that's been towards formula feeders or people still breastfeeding past the age of about 3 years.

Do you complain about breastfeeding to them? If not, just tell them you're happy as you are and leave it at that.

Yes definitely. UK stats will tell you just how much people dislike breastfeeding.
I can’t tell you how many people have tried to discourage me from it. It’s really odd. Honestly I think it’s jealousy. There’s really no other explanation.
