I'm currently looking for a job whilst in the early stages of pregnancy and thought I'd seen JPM give maternity benefits regardless of how long one has been there.

Is anyone able to check the policy and let me know please

you need to have stayed there for 26 weeks I think to get mat leave (not sure if it’s changed) as per the law. My friends who started pregnant didn’t tell them until after this period. They also worked right until the end and said the company was super supportive when they returned too
