Considering uying own place and movingvto Ipswich as i cannot find a 3 bed within my budget if 300k in chelmsford. Would anyone know which areas to avoid please. Do jot need to benear station but it would be a bonus, prefer leafy quiet area but not too rural as need to have access to amenities eg some shops and park and gym etc though.
