Advice or similar situations please

Hi,
Just noticed a small cluster of red spots on my arm, they aren’t raised or itchy, i don’t know how long they have been there, but i have only just noticed them.
I have tried to google it but you know how google can be sometimes.
Does anyone know what they might be?

I never found out what they were but mine disappeared after a week and ive been fine since, so hopefully it isn't anything major.
Hope you can find out what it is though. :)
