Hi all I’m new to this site but I was hoping for some help please I started claiming uc in November 2018 was put into lcw group think from begin then in march 2023 was told by my work coach I need to put in fitnote to generate a new wca which I did on the 4th April 2023 had the wca over the phone on the 23th December 2023 on the 28th had a note in journal saying I had lcwra received my first payment of lcwra 8th January 2024 &then again in February I asked about back payment via journal & was told nothing was owed that doesn’t seem right so told them about fitnotes then on the 28th February got another message in journal saying there had been a mistake on my decision I should have only been award lcw again asked for a MR which came back with the same thing in march so took it to tribunal which I have had on the 16th August & my Appeal has been allowed (won) my assessment date runs from the 2rd to the 1st of each month just hoping same one can help by telling when the lcwra would be backdated from like I said I have had two months of payments £780.12 which I was told I would
need to pay back before I ask about a tribunal then it was put on hold until to decision was made by them which has now been done & awarded but it does state on my letter this matter is remitted to the Secretary of State to make a final decision upon entitlement to uc
