Tesla 3 or Mini Cooper S

We are in a need of a second car. Between us( husband & wife ) we are debating if we should jump to the electric car bandwagon and buy a 2021 Tesla 3 model or should we stick to ICE cars and buy a 2021 Mini Cooper S version.

Second car will be mostly used for city driving and mostly for School runs and weekends shopping and occasional commute to work.

Any suggestions ?

MrsIrene has a Tesla 3 and is a huge fan. All its up to date features take a bit of getting used to, and some of them I find downright annoying, but I like being able charge it at home and it has a decent range (c 250 miles).
