Hi, I’m not sure if anyone would be able to give me some info on this subject.
last week I bided on a property on the council website I think it’s through a housing association the company is called green square accord. Once the bidding cycle ended I was position 2. The next day I got an email from the green square accord saying that if I was still interested in this property would I like to put in an application for it, I obviously said yes as it’s such a nice property (new build) and being homeless with my daughter hasn’t been great. The lady who sent the email then rang and arranged for me to do a telephone application with her on Tuesday. What I want to know tho is, does this mean I have first for this property and likely to get it or do they get the first few people to do applications?, I really hope this means I can have it if I pass the checks but hopefully no body else has been asked and the first person declined for some reason and I was next 🤷🏻♀️🤞🏼 ( anyone been through this)?
