How do you do we mask the emotions. Just to think everyday is a battle with depression and everlasting anxiety because of the past. Imagine balancing parenthood, life, stability, friendships, relationships and staying sane. Beautiful person but life tries to tear you to pieces and you battle with being yourself, the same. Everything's different.

Sounds like you are having a very difficult time. I wouldn't advise masking pain, I'd advise using a therapist to process and reslove the pain as best as possible.

Instead of masking the pain, try talking it out with a therapist or a good friend it can make a world of difference.
