Totally freaked out

Just taken ds3 downstairs after his nap, all 3 ds's in the lounge with me but I can hear a baby crying through the monitor.

It's really clear, no doubt it's a baby but there's no baby here except mine who was with me!

Have I got a ghostie or do they pick up from other houses?? I think I've heard friends say they've had this but I've never experienced it.

It's happened to me. Not a ghostie! Just the signal gets picked up from someone else's baby monitor. It is odd though, isn't it?

They pick up other frequencies sometimes, it's nto a ghost!

Can you switch it to another frequency?

If your moniter is working on the same frequency as someone elses locally, you are probably hearing their baby - don't panic!! I once picked up a motorcycle instructer on mine!!

a friend of mine heard her neighbour gossiping about her on her monitor... so beware!!
