Downstairs tenant is decimating a tree in the communal garden, out of spite, as she overheard me asking the maintenance team not to reduce the top of it, as it acts as a windbreaker for my property, that’s on an open corner of the building.
The tree is small, and does not affect her property...
I reported the tenant to management who refused to get involved - never does... although a simple email could have stopped it.
So, I reported the tenant to the council, and they stated that it’s deemed anti social behaviour, however have not told me what they did, as obviously its had little effect.
She waits until it’s dark and checks my windows before doing it, I’ve caught her doing so…
Her latest plan is take an entire branch away every few weeks, I’ve caught her getting rid of the evidence, as she drags the branches off site to hide what she’s done.
Has anyone experienced similar, or have any advice.
