Question about skyTV

We unplugged out TV that sky is connected to at the weekend as we were washing our carpet in the lounge.
When 2 days later we plugged it back in it said we could not get a satiellite signal.
Has sky switeched off the connection and and we will have to pay to have it re connected or is there a reset button or anything to get it back?

no they wont have switched off your connection

is the card in properly

I can almost guarantee you havent connected it back up properly

Try taking the card out, switching it off for at least a minute, put it back in and then try again. The connection should still be there.

Am useless at technical things,DH things we have been dis connected would be great if I could get it working again as he could'nt

check all the connections, & in the sky box too, might have knocked one of those connections out.

Does the card need to be in interactive card or sky viewing card?
It is still coming up as no satellite signal is being recieved.

All the connections seem to be ok as am getting all the information up and is searching for listings then saying no signal.

yes you might have it in the wrong slot..I did that once.

if none of thats worked, have you turned it off, then back on again? MAy just need resetting.

Sorry, I mean unplugged/turned off at wall, ot just the box.

Done that and can't seem to get sky on the tv at all.
It's driving me mad,will have to ring them,thanks everyone
