Help me get back into Reiki

So I’ve always been interested in healing & complementary therapies. I have completed a level 1 & 2 in Reiki. I often go into my local crystal shop & see where people have left their cards advertising themselves. I think to myself I would love if that was me one day 🤔 I have my own plinth/couch here & should take it out more as I could practice on my family. It’s just I’m so caught up with working full time & doing everything else that’s involved with being a mum etc. I’m really passionate about this. Anyone else like me out there too? 😊

Don't waste your time or anyone elses.

Just make some cards and leave them around! Also plinth is a great word

We.had Reiki sessions on a yoga retreat. It was nonsense.

I guess you'll always find people who think it works.

It is fake.... but the deep relaxation element and its ability to help us heal is real. The packaging hs fake though. It is just as beneficial as helping someone learn to relax deeply.
