is this ringworm or something else

hi everyone i'm posting this on behalf of my sister
i will attach a photo but this appeared at the top of her neck/ under her chin probably about 2-3 weeks ago now at first we thought it was a bite so didn't question it but around a week ago it came up as it looks now but very faint and has progressively become more visible i think it is ringworm but wanted some other peoples opinions as ringworm can be easily mistaken with many other things

Looks like classic ringworms, have you actually treated it?

i have been using a cream called daktacort i'll attach an image apparently it should help but have been using it for around 4/5 days now and says on the box to not use for longer than a week

I would go to a pharmacy and ask what they think.
