We've been trying to sell our house for 9 months, Reduced price by 30k, did have an offer but they lost their buyer, so we lost them. It's a nice house, not stunning, in a nice seaside town. We have a front garden, but only a courtyard at the back, so we can't change that. We have spent alot doing it up, but we are prepared to lose that hence reduced price, we can't really reduce it anymore. Some properties are shifting by us, but some have been on the market 2 yrs. We can't afford to rent it out and move. Do I just accept that it won't sell and get on with the house & accept it. Any suggestions?
