I’m so fat!

Well it’s suddenly summer and didn’t manage to lose any weight. For 8 weeks from NYD I ate 1200 calories a day and lost nothing!!
I’ve tried cutting carbs, 5:2, intermittent fasting and SW; nothing works. I don’t exercise (I’m just too self conscious) all thyroid and bloods came back fine.
im 5 foot and size 18 so look enormous. I’m really struggling to find clothes to wear; especially to work. I wear the same old worn out stuff and think the fashion mad colleagues have all noticed (I feel I get looked down on and not included in talk about clothes shopping) I just want advice of what would be a good look on me 🥲 I’m post menopause and my whole body chemistry has changed. I cannot shift a pound. My tummy is a massive apron of skin, I have to wash twice a day due to excessive sweating (I know, gross 🥲) so it always has to be a long tunic style top which will hide my tummy. I’m resigned to always being fat now but that’s just how it is. I was always an effortlessly size 10-12 so menopause has been brutal emotionally as well as physically. I go into clothes shops and do not know where to start. I also now have hideous back rolls and massive saggy boobs too. I no longer have sex with my husband cos I look so disgusting.

That sounds really distressing for you op.
I haven't a clue what to suggest for wardrobe improvements sorry.
I wonder if it's worth seeing a nutritionist, I've found that the foods my body wants, needs and responds best to have changed since menopause and I've had to rethink my food choices to keep the figure I want (still working on that but I'm mostly winning), I ballooned massively until I adjusted, I'm back to close what I was before now.
A good nutritionist with an interest in menopause could potentially help you if you can afford to consult one.
