Hi hope someone can help a confused me.
My son had to apply for pip from dla as he's now 16.
I rang yesterday as it's been months.
The woman I spoke to yesterday said there was no letter on system but a decision has been made and she told me the decision.
So I rang again today as the phone cut out just to find out when it would be transferred from dla,
The guy I spoke to today told me he could see that a decision has been made but there was no letter so couldn't see what it was??
He rang a case manager and she told him she couldn't see it and to wait for the system to update or until I get a letter.
So my question is could the woman yesterday been mistaken or did the guy today just not tell me?
I'm so confused
