40th birthday present ideas

I'm 40 soon. Not really bothered as I'm 10 weeks pregnant and can't really think about anything else let alone what I might want/need for myself.
If I wasn't pregnant I would ask for a spa day, track day, nice piece of jewelry. But alas, these are not ideal now!
What else could I ask for?
Really struggling and don't want people to just get me "stuff" 😬
Don't drink, don't wear perfume, can't leave my DS for a night or anything like that
