Has anyone used HQ Software for Aesthetic Nurse Software?

My aesthetics clinic has been with Pabau for almost a year, and we are very frustrated with the limitations. I was recommended to https://hq-software.com/ by a friend that used them but I couldn't find much about them online.

So far, they seem to have a lot more features than anything else I have seen, and they literally have everything I need and more built into their platform.

Is anyone else using them here?

HQ Software advertises as a bespoke software for clinics and salons.

Basically, I'm looking for a system that can handle email marketing, our team calendars, social media posting, client management CRM & payments. Their free trial has been good, but wanted to explore all options before committing.

We have to 100% come away from Pabau due to the restrictions, so it's something needed quite quickly!

Our clinic has been using HQ Software for a few months and it is so much better than our last system. We've used Vagaro and Pabau in the past and they were awful in comparison. The team are also really helpful and so pleased with the diversity of all their features!

@DL123 Great tool. Life saver for our business. We were using 4 other tools and it was costing a fortune. Now we use hq sofware and it costs a fraction for the features of 4 tools +

@Holly112311 Ok amazing. They haven't seemed to advertise much and only heard of them because of their sales rep coming to the clinic. The system is pretty amazing. I was just slightly nervous about fully committing, but for thr price and amount of features they offer, I can't really lose! 😀

amazing system!!! does all of what we need to manage a team of 8. our team is a mix of nail tec, aestheticians, laser hair chicas and it does us great. used pabau and was clunky and really struggled to get much done with it. everything was needing an integration and not built in. hq has really helped us

We were using an all-in-one system for a while, but it was really clunky and didn't integrate well with everything we needed. I’ve heard of HQ Software and I agree that their platform looks impressive with all those features built in. It’s a huge plus when everything is in one place. Their interface isn’t overly complicated either.
