They are both mean with money and clingy/jealous/possessive.

If you're going to look at astrology do it properly.

You need their birthdays and moon signs. If either has pluto in the first house ditch and block immediately.

Cancer man will have mummy issues on some level, Scorpio man will probably just give you issues.

You surely can't honestly believe that people's personalities are determined by dates and constellations and that there are only 12 personality types in the world? Star signs are not real.

Seriously, there is no point trying to analyse any relationship aspect of astrology without looking at least at their moon signs. A Cancer sun with a Cancer moon is likely to be needy and clingy, a Cancer with a Leo moon is likely to be far more fun but attention-seeky.

If you are going to do this properly you need to know their exact time, date and place of birth before you can figure out their ascendant, which is the personality and what planets or not feature in their first house

Pluto in the first house doesn’t necessarily mean you have to ditch them. It might make them compatible. Just depends on your own chart

I’d probably pick the second one. My cousin once followed her gut and also checked some horoscopes for fun—she ended up choosing something that felt right and it worked out better than expected.
