Does anyone have any tips on how to improve/deal with my very lifeless boobs. I put on 3 stone while pregnant so my breasts went from very small and perky to huge, still slightly perky that’s until I gave birth. Wow now they are just so saggy I hate them. So much loose skin and I just hate the way my cleavage looks. If I put some weight back on would that help the appearance? I don’t see the point getting uplift/implants yet as i’m still quite young and want to have another child in a few years. I just feel so insecure when wearing an outfits I used to wear and what my friends wear. My nipples are also triple the size but those I can ignore. I just hate having my cleavage out when sometimes it really does make the outfit so much sexier! Who doesn’t want to feel sexy lol. Bras just push the loose skin up to my chest 🤣 Also has anyone got any tips to put some weight on. Dropped back to 7 stone and I just feel like I look too skinny I preferred the weight I put on when pregnant.
