Pip missed call

Hi all just a quick one, I recently applied for a mandatory consideration just under 8 weeks ago. Today I had 2 missed calls from an 0800 number. So I gave pip a call and they've confirmed it was then that called and they will contact me again, had anyone had this before or know what it could be for thanks again xx

I think they like to speak to you over the phone whilst both you and they are looking at the decision form. It may be that?
