Why is the UK buying and selling so antiquated. 5 weeks in to the selling process and buyers have pulled out. So we had to pull out of our purchase, solicitors involved, costs incurred. If you buy a car etc, you have to put a deposit down. Why don't we do it the way Scotland and other countries do it. It's alot of stress, inconvenience and time wasting for all involved.
