Small business Instagram help!

I am trying to build my small business (making gifts/accessories) and Instagram is confusing. Post this, post that, algorithm 🤯

Any advice and words of wisdom appreciated.

Instagram is very confusing as you have lots of people telling you to do this and that to get your self seen. Then they say the main thing is having good content but also about nurturing cold customers. Stories to warm up your customers who maybe cold or warm. Reels are to attract new followers. It takes on average 7 times for them to see your stuff before a customer purchases.
