I sold a folding sack truck a month ago, it was in working order and described as in used condition. It was working 100%.
When the buyer came he was asked if he wanted a demo, he declined, paid and off he went.
He’s messaged me today saying it’s not working as expected and could he have a refund.
I’ve messaged him back saying it was in working order and that he’s had it a month.
Waiting for a reply back.
I’m tempted to ask him to send me a video of him unfolding it. Should I stand my ground or refund him? I feel like he’s trying it on 😳

He's had it a month. caveat emptor.

He's probably used it for what he wanted it for and trying to get his money back.

Thanks for the replies, seems some posts gave been deleted?
I sent the following message:

We know there was nothing wrong with it. You declined a demo when you bought it. You’ve had it a month and probably used it and broken it.

You won’t be getting a refund I’m afraid.

He replied I had no integrity and basically said I was dishonest. Obviously this was not the case, we sold it in good faith.....
