our local photographers is doing gift vouchers at the moment which cost £20 and you get a sitting and a free 7x5 framed picture with obviously the choice to buy others if you want them. it is for the whole family so could just be of dd2, of dd1 and dd2 or of all of them together?

was also going to get her a huge box of chocolates to scoff and some nice pampery type things.

Does your friend display family photographs in her house? If she does then it's probably a good present but if you've noticed she doesn't then it might not be so good

yes she's got a huge canvas one of her dd1 in a pink fairy outfit.

Sounds like a lovely idea to me, n-addict.

I like the idea, just check there isn't a time limit on the vouchers, in case it takes her some time to get organised and go out to have the photosession.
