Fertility Clinic Refund?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there has or knows anyone that has successfully sued/received a refund from an IVF clinic? Last year I had 2 cycles of failed IVF. We moved on. Before and during treatment, I had ongoing symptoms of what I now know is endometriosis. I have recently been diagnosed with deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE stage 4) which was not picked up by the clinic. I face a complex surgery this year. The clinic are suggesting that in the 6 months after IVF that I developed this. This is not the case. Wondered if there is anyone who has had a similar experience? Thank you

Hi there, I'm sorry for your diagnosis and failed IVF. I don't have the answer to your original question. However, before my IVF, I had stage 1 endo. After 6 years of fertility treatment (clomid, countless laps, and 3 x failed ivf) I now have stage 4 endo. Apparently, IVF can worsen your endometriosis xx
