need help asap about my ex going for custory

is there anyone at there that can help me i am in court with my ex and i had a Cafcass report done on me and i now have social services involved helping me but Cafcass has done a report on him and he now wants for custody off my son he has made threats to kill me and my son and said that i am lying and i did it myself he has lied though that report and said that i don't feed my children and that i have no carpets in my house he is also saying he has concerns about my son being in my care he has lied cos he wants custody he has admitted that he still does drugs and he is on 2 bails i really need advice and is there any chance he will get custardy as my son don't want to see him he is six
